Fraud alert

Advans Ghana has been alerted of activities of unscrupulous individuals who falsely present themselves as our employees, agents or representatives to defraud unsuspecting individuals. Under these false pretenses, these unscrupulous individuals through the internet, phone calls, text messages and email might try to:

  1. Propose to you a loan facility and request an advance payment from you to process the loan.
  2. Ask for your personal details, bank details and Mobile money details including pin.

Any of such offer and demand to you that claims to be from Advans Ghana is fraud.

Advans Ghana will never ask for advance payment of money in exchange of any of our services or ask you to share your mobile money details including the pin.

Please note that under no circumstances shall we be held liable or responsible for any claims, losses, damages, expenses or other inconvenience resulting from or in any way connected to the actions of these fraudsters.
